Triple J Tours Vaccination Policy
In accordance with Triple J Tours duty to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we are adopting this policy to safeguard the health of our customers and visitors, our employees, and the community at large from infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, that may be reduced by vaccinations.
All customers, employees and visitors are required to be or have received vaccinations prior to their tour date, unless a reasonable accommodation is otherwise approved by any relevant authority or the company.
Where a person is not in compliance with this policy, the person will not be granted entry to the premises, event, or service.
In such circumstances:
- For customers, the company’s refund and/or credit policy may apply.
- For employees, they will be placed on unpaid leave until their employment status is determined.
Departure:
Subject to availability, river and weather conditions.
October to March:
Please book in advance to guarantee departure. Minimum numbers apply.
Wildlife/birdlife:
Whilst Triple J Tours specialise in observing wildlife/birdlife, numbers and varieties will vary with each tour.
Senior discount:
Available to persons aged 60 years +. A Seniors Card must be presented at time of booking.
Savings:
On combination tours are based on the full adult rate.
Gift Vouchers:
Are not transferable, nor can they be sold for cash.
Booking Terms:
The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the operator’s premises, event or service. Where the customer does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement prior to departure from the customer’s home location, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid.
Cancellation:
Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the customer will be offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold all monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, if the notice of cancellation is given by the customer less than 24hrs prior to the booking.
